Webhooks

Pruebas de webhooks. Bins: crea un bin, apunta un emisor de webhooks a /api/webhooks/{binId} e inspecciona lo que llegó. Límite de 100 bins (se descartan los más antiguos), 50 peticiones por bin (se guardan las más recientes) y 256KB por cuerpo capturado. Ejemplos: eventos fijos de Stripe, GitHub y Shopify con cabeceras de firma válidas, para probar la verificación de firmas. Este controlador nunca hace llamadas HTTP salientes.Pruebas de webhooks.
