Estilos de paginación
El mismo conjunto de 100 elementos expuesto con seis estilos de paginación habituales, para que los clientes prueben cada uno: offset/limit, sobre de página de Spring, cursor de Stripe, cabecera Link de GitHub, keyset (after_id) y HAL (_links).
