Shipping and delivery policy

TestingAPIs sells subscriptions to its API builder (the Pro and Team plans), an online service used in the browser. We don't sell physical goods, so nothing is ever shipped and there are no shipping charges.

• A paid plan is delivered online, to the workspace you bought it for, as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment: usually within a minute. Its limits and features apply from then on, and the Plan & Billing page in Settings shows the plan and its renewal date.
• Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment to the address you gave at checkout.
• If your plan hasn't changed within an hour of a successful payment, email support@testingapis.com with the Razorpay payment ID and we'll put it right.
