Estilos de paginação
O mesmo conjunto de 100 itens exposto em seis estilos comuns de paginação, para os clientes testarem cada um: offset/limit, envelope de página do Spring, cursor do Stripe, cabeçalho Link do GitHub, keyset (after_id) e HAL (_links).
