Update a user's name, job and city from an XML body

Updating a seed user (101-104) returns the updated user but doesn't change the stored seed.

`id`required	path · integer (int32)	User ID.

Request body

Optional. application/xml. Model: UserXmlRequest. A <UserRequest> element with Name, Job and City.
