Stream a large binary download without buffering it in memory

Content-Length is sent up front and the body is written in 64 KB chunks, which is handy for testing progress bars and timeouts.

`mb`	query · integer (int32)	Size in megabytes, 1–20, default 5. Default: 5.

400: mb is outside 1–20.
